Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop where you’ll create your very own shiitake mushroom log to take home and grow! Saturday, March 21 from 10:00am – 2:00pm
As a part of this event, you’ll also help the farm establish a sustainable shiitake garden – creating a long-term mushroom patch that will provide fresh shiitakes for cooking at many future events at Spring Hills Farm.
$50 per person
$60 per couple (limit one log per couple)
