Welcome to Spring Hills Farm this 2025 Holiday Season!

🎄 Holiday Tree Update 12/12/25🎄

As the season winds down, we have a limited number of spruce trees remaining (5’ and under $75 each). We still have plenty of gift items! Open Fri–Sun, 10-4, we’d love to see you on the farm!

Operating for 80 years, we’ve grown our trees without chemical sprays, fungicides, or insecticides for the past 38 years. Each tree is pruned by hand. Any unfavorable insects are removed by hand. Bird and other critter habitats are respected. We have fun when we shear them.

We will be open for business every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our hours those days are 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.

WOOL YARN SKEINS

We have skeins of worsted yarn from our flock of Jacob sheep. It is 100% naturally-processed, organic, undyed wool. Since the Jacob breed of sheep is spotted, the skeins are either a dark brown/black, a creamy white, or a rich gray in color. ($22 per skein – approx. 240 yards)

MAPLE SYRUP

Our amazing maple syrup comes from the stands of wild maples growing in the woods here on the farm. We offer it to you in 3 various sizes: 200 ml flasks, 375 ml flasks, pints and quarts. The syrup comes in amber, dark, and very dark grades.

FRUIT LEATHER

Homemade organic blueberry fruit leather harvested from our own blueberry patches.

Wool Hats

Kate & Emily are making hats with the Jacob sheep wool processed from last year. They come in solid or any combination of the 3 natural colors: dark brown, white and gray. (1-ply hat is $35, 2-ply is $45.00)

AFRICAN CRAFTS

We are joined again by Pagus Africa, a small non-profit organization centered in the Volta Region of Ghana in West Africa. Pagus Africa has provided education for young people since 2000. All money from sales of these beautiful crafts goes directly to the programs. The classes and programs are, by this point in time, primarily run and taught by folks who have graduated from these programs.

WREATHS

We have a beautiful selection of fresh and handmade wreaths from Northeast Kingdom Balsam in Glover, Vermont. We have both balsam and cedar/white pine wreaths from 18” in diameter to 38” in diameter.
